Collective Brilliance Consulting was founded December 21, 2020, as a result of a vision in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic and racial justice reckoning.
In this beautiful and healing struggle, it was the experience of being in community with folx who wanted/needed to see a better world and who were willing to do whatever they could to achieve it. This inspired a deepened commitment to grow knowledge, diversify practices, and building relationships. The value of collectivism in creating a world where equity, racial justice, access, and belonging was realized.
From this Collective Brilliance Consulting was born to support organizations and individuals on their pro-equity anti-racism journey.
To partner with organizations in transforming themselves to become the greatness they envision themselves to be.
Centering board members, staff, and the communities served by Communities In Schools - Seattle (CISS), Collective Brilliance partnered with CISS board members and staff in cocreating a board brand and standard work that improved their capabilities and accountability as an organization to their Equity Statements.
Nurtured through the Office of Equity's values, Collective Brilliance connected with Enhanced Interactions, NorthStar of GIS, Trio Group, and the Office of Equity in the development of a 5-year strategic plan that will guide the state of Washington in becoming a more equitable, racially just, accessible government where communities have a sense of belonging.
